It has nothing to do with good the grill will cook. High BTU is nice but it really isnt essential so dont break your wallet buying them. Choose a frame that is welded. It means you will get a grill thats a lot more stable. Remember you are going to store your grill outside where it will be exposed to all kinds of weather conditions so go sturdy. A nice mix on a grill is the main grill combined with two burners that are on separate controls. The independence is terrific allowing you to have hot zones, cool zones, searing zones, or whatever zones you need. A warming rack is also a nice addition especially if you are cooking for larger groups and youll be needing to keep things warm. Extra shelves are nice too. Many of the carts have excellent shelving and storage for all your stuff. When you think grill fuel you probably think propane but natural gas is also an option. Natural gas is more expensive to install but over time you will save money. Propane requires no in house installations just a tank of LP gas available almost anywhere and you are good to go. Grills start at around $100 and go up to well over $3500 depending on what grill you buy. The larger the grills and the more options the more you can expect to pay.
