Step1 Listening practice.
教师在处理听力练习时，往往给学生放几遍录音，学生依次回答练习册中的问题，课堂组织活动较松散，教师与学生不能充分的互动。同时高考听力的要求又在不断的加强，要求教师对听力充分的关注。下面提供的方法供教师参考，教师也可开动脑筋，想出更多，更好，更适合自己学生的方法。
方法：教师给出挖空的听力原文，要求学生听三遍，填空。听力测试时，学生的专注程度至关重要。通过这项练习，可提高学生的专注程度以及对细节的把握能力，提高听力课堂的学习效率。另外，通过教师的课堂实践，这是一个行之有效的办法。

Some of the （sailors） on the ship had special jobs.The captain of the boat had a lot of （power）. He could order sailors to be kept in chains or （beaten） if they did not （obey） his orders. The master’s job was to set the （course） for the ship by the sun and the stars.
