.[D]such as  such as(例如,表举例,连接名词或名词性短语) ; for instance(例如,一般用做状语) 。

.[D]draft(起草;草稿) 用来修饰名词bill(法案)  draft bill法律草案;sketch指小说、图画的草稿、草图;rough(大体的)指数字上的不精确;preliminary(前期的)。

.[B]illegal (非法的)  illogical(不合逻辑的); improbable(不大可能的);  improper(不适当的,不合理的)。

.[A]publicity(公开度)   penalty(惩罚);popularity(流行度) ;peculiarity(古怪度)。

.[C]before

.[D]agreed  agreed with表示真正同意一个观点, sided with(与…站在一起,暗含有偏袒的意思,而且一般用于人); shared sth with sb(与…一起分享),其with的宾语往往是有生命的事物,而本题的宾语是一个report,动宾不搭配; complied with(遵守),其宾语一般是法律、法规之类需要被遵守的;

Release(宣布、发布)语气非常正式,往往用于很正式的消息发布;Printing(印刷); Exposure(曝光)是一个贬义词。

.[A]storm   a storm of(暴风雨般的)是固定搭配。

.[B]interpretation(解释,理解,口译)  translation(翻译);exhibition(展览) demonstration(展示,论证,说明)。

.[C]rather than(而不是)  better than(比…好); other than(除了,不同于);  sooner than(比…

.[A]binding(有约束力的) convincing(令人信服的)和sustaining(可持续的)与副词legally不搭配;restraining不能表示法律上的约束,

.[C]entitled 选项后边紧跟了介词to, be entitled to sth.意为“有理由/资格获得某事物”; authorized (被授权,只能接不定式);credited(一般用法是把成就归功于某人,credit成就to某人,故其被动语态的主语是成就);qualified(有资格,接不定式或者介词for)。

.[A]with in safe(或good/capabel) hands 是习惯用语,后经常接介词with,意为“由某人管理或持有很安全”。

.[D]issue(公众话题)   impact(重大的影响);incident(突发事件);inference(推论)。

.[D]that  此处为that引导的同位语从句; what所引导的成分(包括句子)在一个句子中只能做主语(从句)或宾语(从句); when表示前后两句为时间关系,而从题意看不出来;

或ensure that…;  assure(= convince,使人相信),其宾语一般只能为人,即assure sb of sth / assure sb that; confide(吐露心事)一般用作“confide sth. to sb.(向某人吐露)”或“confide in sb.(充分信赖某人); guarantee(= promise,保证、担保),虽然可以动宾搭配,表示直接保证有罪判决,但这不可能是主语witnesses(证人) 做出的动作。
